Deep Dive: Alpha Testing on CX PayMe App and Web-version
We were delighted by the impressive turnout for the CX PayMe onboarding session in Sint Maarten, where we conducted an alpha test of the app.
The atmosphere was positive, and participants demonstrated a commendable level of enthusiasm and engagement throughout the session. Noteworthy was their proactive involvement, providing feedback that proved to be not only constructive but also immensely valuable. This real-time input played a pivotal role in refining the app’s functionality and identifying opportunities for enhancing user-friendliness and dynamism.
The participants worked together really well, sharing their ideas and using their voices to express the changes they recommended. This teamwork highlighted the idea that by putting in consistent effort and working hard, you can achieve your goals, understanding that even though it takes time and patience.
This intro evening’s success was all about people coming together and sharing thoughts. It proved that when we all contribute, we can make CX PayMe even better. A big thank you to everyone who joined in, your thoughts, opinions and input, really made a difference.
